I believe that all students have their talents and are capable of improving their learning skills. I love teaching, and my students appreciate my enthusiasm. While my teaching style is empathetic and kind, I can be firm, and I expect students to respect the boundaries of others. A classroom environment with structure works best to facilitate learning, in my experience.I did my undergraduate work at the University of South Florida, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Ever since my own high school years, I have enjoyed teaching and mentoring students of different age levels. I've taught children in grades K-5 in a classroom setting, and have also done online tutoring with students in levels from kindergarten through 12th grade. I've also worked with children who live in countries around the world. I've counseled students in small groups and mentored and tutored middle school pupils. I enjoy tutoring students in Test Prep, Exceptional Student Education Levels K-12, Middle School Math, and General Education K-5.When I'm not working, I like to listen to and play music, bake, read, and spend lots of time with my two daughters and my husband.
